Ensuring smooth and transparent transactions is a priority for us. To provide you with a clear understanding of our payment process and policies, we've outlined important details below. From automated billing to payment terms, late fees, and accepted currencies, this guide covers all you need to know. Additionally, we're excited to introduce our Royalty Plan (Beta), offering discounts and commissions for certain actions. Automated Billing

  • Our billing solution is an automated online application and will send reminders for late and overdue invoices.
  • The email should go to your registered email (You might need to nominate another email for your accounts department).
  • When your payment is correctly allocated, you will receive a paid notification with a paid stamp.
  • If you have not received a payment notification, kindly let us know at support@kingcom.co.za.

Payment Terms

  • All payments are PREPAID and due in advance on invoice or order.
  • Larger projects can be split into phases or groups of smaller services and deliverables. As each phase/service is completed and signed off, the next part of the project will commence after payment has been made. Some services may run parallel or alongside each other to save time (example: Complete Website & Branding Project - Logo, Installation of Website Services, Consult with deliverables, Landing Page layout).
  • We allocate payments when reflected within our bank account 2-3 times a day.

Late Fees & Penalties

  • Late invoices may incur a late fee/penalty.
  • Some of these payment penalties are enforced by our providers, for example, the Domain Authorities and Google.
  • You can always top up your account with a credit to avoid delays.
  • You can view your credit balance in our client area.

Currencies

  • We bill in two currencies: South African Rand (ZAR) and United States Dollar (USD).
  • Prices are subject to change relative to currency fluctuations.
  • Certain services are only billed in USD.

Royalty Plan (Beta)

We offer discounts and/or commission for the following actions (Funds will appear in your account and can be used for services or withdrawn after 60 days):

  • Advance payments on certain services with monthly and annual options.
  • Customer Referrals.
  • Reviews.
  • EFT Payment option over USD250 (We share a percentage of transaction fees).

Payment Methods

  • You can make payment via EFT, Credit Card, Debit Card.
  • Cash deposits at ATMs may incur a transaction fee.
