This affects contacts and registered emails are eligible for support. It is important to understand the difference between these roles and access levels to manage potential risks and get support in time for verified users.
Primary User
- Usually account owner
- They can make changes across the organization
- Their email is used for the ownership of domains and other intellectual property by default.

We often use the clients personal email to create the account and not the email of a domain linked the service which is in the best interest of our customer.

- If the domain is suspended (the user will not be able to access the account or receive important emails

You can always list the companies (hosted) email addresses as a secondary contact. You will receive notifications on both emails

Users
An account has multiple users and they will have access to the clients area via a password. A single user can have access to many companies that can be non related
A user can also be nominated as a Master Profile User.
- Create additional users with different access levels to your KingCom Client Area (Portal) account
- Assign specific roles and permissions to each user to control their level of access.
- Collaborate with team members or external users by granting them limited access to KingCom Client Area (Portal).
- Manage users' access to different areas of KingCom Client Area (Portal), such as support tickets, orders, or billing.

- We can limit control of specific users for example they can receive support but not view invoices
Contacts
Contacts can receive support via email and chat. They are normal given to individuals who require simple support and will need to receive certain e-mails
For example if you have an accounts department, they can be setup as a contact to receive invoices via email or IT can receive only receive technical support emails and not billing related emails.
- Cannot access the platform but can make requests via email
- Admins can Manage your contact list within KingCom Client Area (Portal), eg Accounts and Tech Support
- We use contacts to send invoices, quotes, or other communications directly from KingCom Client Area (Portal).
- Associate contacts with specific clients or customers for easy reference and communication.
- Maintain a central repository of contact information for efficient customer relationship management.
- Update contact details as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
