How to setup email on Android Device IMAP Print

Mail: KingCom CPanel Mail


Definitions

• Username: Your email address that you want to setupPassword: is the password for this email
• Domain: is your website address less the www eg.  domain.com (must have .co.za or .com, net.).
  • • It is also the information to the right of @ on email
      
      

Before setting up email do the following

1.    Make sure that you are using KingCom mail and not google apps or Outlook 360
2.    That you are using the correct username and password

How to test the above

1. Open a webrowser(Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, (this step can be done on any device eg. PC, Laptop, Tablet, Mobile)
2. Go to website address/webmail
   eg Kingcom.co.za/webmail
3. Inset the following information
   1. Full email address :
   2. Password :
      

If this works

• You can close move to the next step and setup email on device.

If it does not work

• Change your password yourself via cpanel
• Request a password change from support@kingcom.co.za

 
On Device – Phone or Tablet

1. Go to Settings Icon

2. Scroll Down to accounts & Select Add New Account

3. Select Email


Setup Email

Insert full email address & password
Select Manual Setup


Select IMAP

Incoming server settings

• Imap : mail.domain

• Security Type : none
• Port : 143
• Imap pat prefix : leave blank

Select Next

Outgoing server settings

• SMTP SERVER: mail.domain
• Security Type: None
• Port : 25 or 26
• Require Sign-in : must be checked
• Username: full email address
• Password: email password

 

Select Done
